Mighty Deeds is a one-day tabletop roleplaying game event that brings players, game masters, families, and local supporters together for a full day of adventure and charitable impact. We expect approximately 100 attendees for our upcoming event.
Sponsorships help make the day welcoming for families, new players, longtime tabletop fans, and community members who might not otherwise share the same table. A sponsored seat can give someone a safe, creative place to play, collaborate, solve problems, and build confidence with others.
Your sponsorship helps cover event costs, support free and discounted tickets, feed participants, and increase the amount donated to our nonprofit partner after event expenses. Player sponsorships directly support at-risk youth and other players who cannot afford to attend.
Sponsorship Options
Sponsor a Player
$20 per player
$80 sponsors 4 players
$200 sponsors 10 players
Help make Mighty Deeds accessible to players who may not otherwise be able to attend, including at-risk youth, families, and community members for whom the ticket cost is a barrier.
Sponsor recognition includes:
- Name listed on event signage
- Recognition on the Mighty Deeds website or event page
- Thank-you mention in post-event communications
- Option to remain anonymous
Sponsor a Table
$50 per table
Sponsor a game table for the day. Each sponsored table helps cover participation, space, materials, logistics, and event costs that make the day possible.
Sponsor recognition includes:
- Sponsor name or logo displayed at one game table
- Recognition on the Mighty Deeds website or event page
- Thank-you mention during the event
- Recognition in post-event communications
Tavern Sponsor
$400
Help keep adventurers fueled during a full day of gaming. Food sponsorship helps provide lunch, snacks, drinks, or other refreshments for attendees and volunteers.
Sponsor recognition includes:
- Sponsor name or logo displayed near the food area
- Recognition on the Mighty Deeds website or event page
- Thank-you mention during the event
- Recognition in post-event communications
- Optional social media thank-you
Treasure Hoard Sponsor
$100 cash sponsorship or in-kind donation
Suggested in-kind value: $100 or more
Help provide giveaways, raffle prizes, dice, books, gift cards, game accessories, or other items that make the event more memorable for attendees.
Sponsor recognition includes:
- Sponsor name or logo displayed near the giveaway or prize area
- Recognition when prizes are awarded or distributed
- Recognition on the Mighty Deeds website or event page

Sponsorship Notes
Mighty Deeds is operated by Neverything LLC. Net proceeds from the event, after covering event costs, are donated to the nonprofit partner. Sponsorships paid to Neverything LLC are event sponsorships and should not be treated as tax-deductible charitable donations unless otherwise arranged directly with a qualified nonprofit organization.
