About Mighty Deeds

Mighty Deeds is a tabletop roleplaying game mini-convention ("the Event") organized for charitable purposes. Each event benefits a selected local charity partner.

Event Attendance

Badges: Attendance at Mighty Deeds events requires the purchase of a badge through our designated ticketing or fundraising platform. Badge prices and availability are listed on our website and are subject to change.

Refunds: Refund policies for badge purchases are governed by the terms of our ticketing platform. Please review the applicable refund policy at the time of purchase. If you have questions about refunds, contact us at info@mightydeeds.org.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, game masters, volunteers, and venue staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

By attending a Mighty Deeds event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with event participation. Mighty Deeds, its organizers, sponsors, charity partners, and venue hosts shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring at or in connection with the event.

Photography & Media Release

By attending a Mighty Deeds event, you grant Mighty Deeds permission to use photographs, video, or other media taken at the event that may include your likeness for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials, without compensation.

Intellectual Property
